What a year.

The inaugural year of the Dope Father’s Academy is officially in the books, and the impact speaks for itself. This program is something I’ve been working on for years, shaping, planning, and refusing to let die. To finally bring it to life — and to watch fathers show up, grow their DOPENESS, and invest in themselves — means everything.

Huge thank you to every speaker and presenter who poured into our Dope Fathers , challenged them, and helped build a space where honesty, accountability, and real development could happen. And a special shoutout to our Coordinator, Mondo Ross, for holding the line, managing the moving parts, and keeping the Academy running with excellence. It was hard to be hands off at times but you made it easier sir.

Our workshops hit the heart of what fatherhood requires — emotional control, communication, anger management, co-parenting, family reunification, personal responsibility, and the everyday discipline it takes to show up as a Dope Father with purpose.

Our Dope Father-children outings, were a whole vibe:

• Jumping for Fatherhood at Skyzone — energy, laughter, connection.

• Throwing for Fatherhood at the Fowling Warehouse Grand Rapids — competition, teamwork, and unforgettable moments between dads and their kids.
